Interview:

After using these method we are trying to solve and how to contribute to find the answer?

My own suggestion and research that i have found it.
ReplyDeleteFor this assignment, Teamblogger we asked to design, prototype and evaluate a digital Home Messaging device or system that a family or other group of people sharing a house or flat can use to exchange the kinds of information they need to coordinate activities with one another. The purpose of data gathering is to collect accurate, efficiently and relevant data so that we can able to produce their requirement. Therefore, we need to do two types of methods which are questionnaires and interviews.
What are the reason of using the questionnaires and interviews?
Questionnaires:
- Questionnaires are easy to analyze.
- Questionnaires are familiar to most people because nearly everyone has had some experience completing questionnaires and they generally do not make people apprehensive.
- Can think about how you plan to analyze data and word questions accordingly.
Interview:
- Enable us to learn about things that cannot be directly observed.
- Sufficient data
Contextual interview:
Contextual interviews are like usability tests because you watch and listen as users work.
They differ from usability tests because:
• you go to the user
• you watch and listen as the user does his or her own work
