Hello guys after all our findings and research , i came up with an idea how our design will look like and the functionality. So it will be a touch screen system as you see in that picture , their will be some interactive button on the left hand side and a calender in the middle and 4 buttons and the end.Please do have a look on that design and if you dont like it or any suggestions so do let me know so we can improve it.
