some of these questions are good but as serengul said that questionnaires is not neccessary, then i would suggest if we do interview. not only interviewing people but interview people who have a problem with communicating and socializing each other. i guess you understand my point so what you need to do is to interview 1 or 2 people who have share accomodation with other people and have a problem.

if they leave a message with each other, what sort of message and so forth. I just give you some points and i hope it is usefull.
remember when yu are interviewing users let them to speak freely and say what they want because the more they talk freely the better data we gather, be nice with them and offer a cup of tea.
